Hours: Monday-Friday, 35 hours per week

JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Creates, updates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary requirements.
*Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
*Prepares, verifies and submits to Treasurer or other board member bank deposits as required.
*Ensures operation of office equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
*Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
*Completes operational requirements by prioritizing administrative projects, expediting work results for both the Association and Activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Strong communication skills, verbal and written
*Experience with Microsoft Office software and QuickBooks
*Prior administrative experience
*Current Notary Public
