Location: Crete, IL (On-Site)

Pay: Starting at $18/hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

M&M Home Remodeling is hiring a highly organized Job Processor to support our office and production teams.

Our Crete office is active, collaborative, and fast-moving. Throughout the day, you may be entering project information, reviewing paperwork, answering questions, coordinating updates, and responding to new priorities-all while making sure important details do not get missed.

This is not a quiet, one-task-at-a-time administrative position. You will regularly have several assignments moving at once, and you may need to shift priorities before finishing your original task.

The right person will enjoy that energy. You should be able to stay calm, organized, and accurate when the office is busy, interruptions happen, and multiple team members need assistance.

You do not need years of office experience, but you must be comfortable learning quickly, taking ownership of your work, and keeping track of details in a high-volume environment.

What You''ll Do

• Enter and update customer and project information
• Review contracts, work orders, and job details for accuracy
• Prepare project files and documentation
• Coordinate schedules and communicate updates with team members
• Assist customers, vendors, and internal departments
• Support office operations and administrative processes
• Maintain accurate records and data entry
