Must have a working knowledge of Textura, Procore and LCP Tracker. - experience with Prevailing Wage a MUST

Recent Quickbook Desktop experience

Answering Phones

Filing

Checking Mail

Ordering supplies for the office

Staying on top of inventory in the warehouse

Ordering materials when depleted

Ordering doors/windows for projects

Sending Proposals - Preparing file afterwards

Entering Invoices

Making calls for payments on projects when exceeding 60 days

Entering Bills

Paying Bills

Vendor Prequalification Applications

Requesting Certificate of Insurance from our broker

Reconciliation of bank statement monthly

Submitting monthly Sales Tax Use to the state

Making travel arrangements when we are working out of the area: flight, rental car and hotel

Shipping material ahead of the installers arrival

Coordinating shipments for various items going to customers and to local jobsites

Putting together electronic submittals

Filing preliminary notices for projects

Must have experience in a construction office.

Will need to be okay running the office.

$25.00-$28.00 an hour
