We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations. Key Responsibilities
Answer and route phone calls, emails, and office inquiries
Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, document prep, and correspondence
Order and track office supplies
Assist with onboarding paperwork and internal communications
Support office projects, deadlines, and workflow improvements
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Provide administrative support across departments as needed
Qualifications
Experience in office administration or clerical support
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and email tools
Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
Professional, proactive, and solution-focused
Bilingual skills are a plus
