Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Pay: $19–$20/hour
Position Type: Temporary - 2-3 Month Assignment

About the Role
Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support one of our clients in Sweetwater, TX. This position is fully in-office and ideal for someone with strong computer skills and a professional phone presence who enjoys supporting daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner

• Provide general administrative support to office staff

• Assist with organizing documents, filing, and office coordination

• Support day-to-day office operations as needed

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or office support experience preferred

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email communication)

• Comfortable handling inbound calls and interacting with customers or internal staff

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Reliable attendance and professional demeanor

Work Environment

• In-office setting

• Team-oriented environment with routine administrative tasks

• Monday–Friday schedule
