This role is responsible for all technical subjects all along the offer (product/system) life cycle, introduce tailored process to secure the effectiveness of project execution with right quality:

Co-work with PO and team to ensure the right quality level of the customer requirements. Lead SST Technical Specification and contribute to all System Engineering activities (including Interfaces). Study the technical feasibility and define the sizing of the technical efforts for proper planning. Lead critical technical issues with the support from squad/ other stakeholders when needed. Provide expertise and system perspective to ensure a Robust & Reliable Design. Define product design architecture, identify the boundary of the working packages in/among FW/HW/ME. Drive Technical Risk analysis. Secure V&V coverage and efficiency to ensure the test efficiency and quality of design. Coordinate with global team for C4CG request. Support manufacturing & Industrialization (Design For Test/Manufacturing/Assembly; technical antenna included). Support Customer Case & technical expertise, root cause analysis (RCA) in collaboration with the associated chapter

Qualifications:

  2. Strong ownership to drive things moving forward
  3. Capability to leverage different resources on problem solving
  4. Good teamwork spirit across the different functions, be able to motivate technical team facing the challenges
  5. Good communication with global team
