Shift Expectations: Monday-Saturday as needed 

Job Description:

The Off-Site Sales Coordinator will be responsible for all off-site food sales including but not limited to, sporting events, local community events and concerts. Tasks within this position include:

  • Packing food at restaurant and unpacking at final destination
  • Setting up tent & table at location
  • Taking payment
  • Keeping track of food inventory
  • Communicate with point person at restaurant when food supply needs to be replenished
  • Share sales post-event and determine if supply needs to be adjusted in the future
  • Consistently take and record food temperatures to ensure proper holding times
  • Ensure excellence in food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Gain knowledge of entire menu to ensure quality and accuracy

Requirements:

Basic:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Be able to stand/walk up to 100 feet at a time, over a period of four hours without a break
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds without restrictions
  • Be able to work with basic restaurant cleaning chemicals and tools with no restrictions or allergies
  • Be able to handle a fast-paced and quickly-changing work environment

  • Great time management
  • Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills
