Job Description:
The Off-Site Sales Coordinator will be responsible for all off-site food sales including but not limited to, sporting events, local community events and concerts. Tasks within this position include:
- Packing food at restaurant and unpacking at final destination
- Setting up tent & table at location
- Taking payment
- Keeping track of food inventory
- Communicate with point person at restaurant when food supply needs to be replenished
- Share sales post-event and determine if supply needs to be adjusted in the future
- Consistently take and record food temperatures to ensure proper holding times
- Ensure excellence in food safety and cleanliness standards
- Gain knowledge of entire menu to ensure quality and accuracy
Requirements:
Basic:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be fluent in English
- Be able to stand/walk up to 100 feet at a time, over a period of four hours without a break
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds without restrictions
- Be able to work with basic restaurant cleaning chemicals and tools with no restrictions or allergies
- Be able to handle a fast-paced and quickly-changing work environment
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Consistency and reliability
- Cheerful and positive attitude
- Great time management
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus
- Must be able to work independently
- Strong communication skills
