We are seeking an OEM Sales Manager to develop new business in our West Coast territories within the Printed Circuit Board industry.
Responsibilities include OEM design-in and business development by engaging with OEM engineering teams, identifying opportunities, and positioning advanced materials for next-generation designs.
Build strong relationships with PCB fabricators and OEM stakeholders to support material selection, quoting, and program execution. Assist in executing strategic account and market growth initiatives, particularly in high-growth sectors like aerospace, defense, AI, RF, and advanced packaging.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including FAEs, product management, and supply chain, to support solutions and customer adoption, while managing pipeline activities using CRM tools.
Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a strong interest in technical sales within high-tech materials, excellent communication skills, and willingness to travel.
Compensation ranges from $84,000 to $110,000 annually, plus benefits including health, 401K, and PTO. Join a dynamic team in a fast-paced, growing industry.
