Position Overview Expion360 is seeking an OEM Integration Specialist to support our growing RV OEM customer base in the Elkhart Indiana region. This full- time customer -facing role ensures seamless integration of Expion360 products into OEM platforms serving as a bridge b etween our engineering sales and customer production teams. You will work directly with RV manufacturers to provide technical consultation integration guidance and training for lithium battery power systems. The OEM Integration Specialist plays a key role in onboarding new OEM partners supporting product launche s and ensuring consistent quality and compatibility in field installations. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys solving complex integration challenges. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary technical liaison between Expion360 and RV OEMs in the Elkhart region. • Provide integration guidance on lithium battery systems wiring and component compatibility during design and production phases. • Conduct on -site training sessions and product demonstrations for OEM engineering production and service teams. • Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to ensure OEM requirements are captured and supported in product design. • Troubleshoot and resolve integration or performance issues coordinating with Expion360 engineering for escalations. EXPION360 INC. www.expion360.com Main Office 2025 SW Deerhound Ave. Redmond OR 97756 Tel 541797 -6714 Fax 541 797 -6715 • Support OEM product launches by ensuring operational readiness and proper installation practices. • Document and share best practices wiring diagrams and integration checklists with OEM partners. • Maintain accurate customer and project records in CRM systems HubSpot NetSuite. • Represent Expion360 at industry trade shows OEM events and technical training sessions. Required Qualifications • 5 years of experience in a technical integration engineering support or field applications role preferably in RV solar or electrical systems. • Strong knowledge of 12V48V DC systems inverters battery chargers MPPT controllers solar and lithium battery technologies. • Ability to read and create wiring diagrams and electrical schematics. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and support technical and non -technical audiences. • Experience with tools like VictronConnect Bluetooth RV-C and CAN Bus communication and diagnostics . • Must be located in or near Elkhart IN and available to travel to OEM facilities. Preferred Qualifications • Associates or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Engineering Technology or related field. • Direct experience working with RV OEMs or power system integrators. • Familiarity with Expion360 or similar LiFePO battery systems. • Installation experience in RVs trailers or off -grid energy systems. • Industry certifications e.g. ABYC NABCEP are a plus.
