    Description

    Job Title: OCM Project Manager
    Location: Indianapolis, IN
    Industry: life sciences

    Job Overview:

Theoris IT & Engineering is looking for a Project Manager that can lead an OCM initiative. This person would need to drive meetings with the experts in this space, facilitating those conversations and taking them from next steps, and then incorporating them into an overarching plan with milestones.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create comprehensive OCM deliverables, including change strategies, stakeholder communications, training materials, executive presentations, roadshow content, and adoption plans.

    • Project planning with the ability to integrate multiple workstreams—including training, communications, readiness, and stakeholder engagement—into a consolidated project plan with clearly defined dependencies.

    • Lead cutover readiness efforts, including developing readiness assessments, governance frameworks, leadership sign-off processes, and go-live checklists.

    • Drive post-go-live adoption and sustaining organizational change through governance, reinforcement strategies, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), with demonstrated success developing and executing change strategies for large-scale system implementations, cutovers, and go-live initiatives.
    • Knows OCM measurement tools beyond surveys (adoption metrics, readiness scoring, etc.)
    • Proven OCM strategy experience: has actually built one for a system cutover/go-live. We are looking for someone who can help create the decks and OCM documentation.
    • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to translate complex SME input into actionable plans, training programs, communications, and executive-facing deliverables.
    • Comfortable flagging gaps proactively, not just executing a fixed scope
    • Integrated project planning: can link multiple sub-plans (training, comms, roadshow) into one master plan with dependencies mapped
    • Cutover readiness experience: has built/run a readiness checklist and leadership sign-off process
    • SME-to-deliverable translation: strong facilitator/writer who can turn input into decks, training, comms - this is huge for the team, we need someone who can translate the information in meetings into an actionable plan that works for all stakeholders
    • Post-go-live governance: experience sustaining change after cutover, not just getting to it

    About Company

We recognize the VMS program management team is our customer and needs to be serviced with integrity, so we built and continue to improve upon our delivery methods as we strive to provide the highest quality service possible. inSync Staffing’s management team recognized ten years ago the inevitable changes to the staffing industry being brought about by technology and the growing trend of Fortune 1000 corporations to outsource management of their contingent workforces to meet compliance and cost control goals. Rather than swim upstream against the changes, inSync Staffing has embraced MSP and VMS programs as our customers, not competitors. We asked program managers how they want to be serviced. The result of their input is that we have structured inSync Staffing as a recruiting and customer service organization, unlike traditional staffing companies who sell directly to the end client. Our delivery model allows us concentrates our resources on how to best supply candidates in a very competitive MSP/VMS program environment.
