Kforce has a client in West Palm Beach FL that is seeking a skilled Change Management Practitioner and Communications Consultant create a change management plan and orchestrate all change management activities for multiple concurrent initiatives. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead and support change management efforts within the organization as well as develop and execute effective communication strategies to ensure the successful implementation of change initiatives. The Change Management Practitioner and Communications Consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive change adoption mitigate resistance and foster a culture of open communication and engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute change management activities for various organizational change initiatives following established change management methodologies and best practices

Conduct change impact assessments and develop change management plans considering the needs and concerns of different stakeholder groups

Identify and analyze potential risks resistance and obstacles to change and develop strategies to address them

Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to develop and deliver clear and compelling change communications ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational goals and messaging

Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans including key messages communication channels and timelines

Create engaging and informative communication materials such as presentations newsletters emails and intranet content to effectively convey change messages to various audiences

Coordinate and facilitate change-related meetings workshops and training sessions ensuring active participation and understanding of the change initiatives

Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on change management strategies techniques and communication practices
