Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Ocean Import Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a well-established logistics company in City of Industry, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in Ocean Imports, Freight Forwarding (NVOCC), and import documentation while providing exceptional customer service to global clients.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate ocean import shipments from arrival through delivery
  • Prepare and review import documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial
  • Invoices, Packing Lists, and Arrival Notices
  • Work closely with customs brokers and logistics providers to resolve shipment issues
  • Coordinate international shipments with overseas logistics partners
  • Communicate with vendors, truckers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the import process

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Ocean Import / Freight Forwarding experience (NVOCC) required
  • Strong knowledge of import documentation and customs procedures
  • GoFreight System experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
