Charity Care Group is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist for our HUD OAHMP-funded Home Safe Aging-in-Place Program in Virginia. The role focuses on direct outreach, assessments, and home modification plans for seniors (62+, low-income), with strict compliance to HUD and Virginia OT regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Weekly community outreach and education (multilingual, LEP accommodations).
Conduct home evaluations and develop modification plans.
Ensure HUD and Virginia OT regulatory compliance (no subcontracting).
Oversee project implementation and submit biweekly progress reports.
Requirements:
Active Virginia OT license (no disciplinary actions).
3+ years experience, especially with seniors & HUD-funded programs.
Professional liability insurance ($1M per occurrence/$3M aggregate).
NBCOT certified and trauma-informed care training preferred.
