Territory: Methuen, MA Lawrence, North Andover, MA & Andover, MA Haverhill, MA

Pay Range - $45.00 - $50.00

Other Service Areas Looking to Fill: We are always hiring in surrounding areas,

• Lynnfield, Lynn, Salem, Peabody, Danvers and Beverly
• Quincy, Roxbury, Mattapan, Dorchester.

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Completes and submits OASIS assessments, reassessments, transfers, resumptions of care, discharges and significant change in condition in accordance with Agency defined time frames.

Registered Nurse Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts
• 1-2 years of experience as an Registered Nurse
• 1 year of experience in home health care required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area.
