Occupational Therapist - Rehab- Occupational Therapy

In this inpatient rehabilitation role, you will assess functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based occupational therapy to help patients regain independence. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document progress, and contribute to discharge planning.
