Responsibilities:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric rehabilitation team at our Abington location. In this role, you will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and other medically complex conditions. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, family-centered care that promotes each child's functional independence and overall development.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of pediatric occupational therapy experience, preferably in an outpatient pediatric rehabilitation or hospital-based setting. Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with patients and families are essential.

Qualifications:

Education Requirements

 

  • Graduate of an Occupational Therapy Program

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of pediatric occupational therapy experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

 

Certification and Licensure

 

  • PA Occupational Therapy License
  • PA Occupational Therapy Temp Licensure will be considered with specified time frame to acquire license
  • NBCOT Occupational Therapy Registration
