Speak To Me is a growing, multi-disciplinary pediatric therapy clinic located in Mooresville, NC. We provide Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Position Overview


We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our fun, collaborative, and creative team! This is a clinic-based position working with the pediatric population (ages 0–18).


Our approach focuses on treating the whole child using a Sensory Integration (SI)–based treatment model, along with a variety of evidence-based techniques. We emphasize collaboration with families, therapists, and community partners to deliver highly individualized care.


Qualifications


  • Minimum 1 year of outpatient pediatric experience required (2+ years preferred)
  • Experience with Sensory Integration (SI) therapy
  • OTR/L credentials required
  • Current North Carolina OT license
  • Successful completion of fingerprinting and background check
Responsibilities


  • Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress reports
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Complete timely daily documentation
  • Participate in monthly team meetings
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members (PTs, SLPs, community partners, etc.)
  • Partner with families to provide education, coaching, and home programming

Job Requirements


  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Licensed (or eligible) in the state of North Carolina
  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • Energetic, creative, and proactive mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
