FOX Rehabilitation is a pioneer of Geriatric House Calls to older adults in their communities. We provide occupational therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism. Our goal is to drive rewarding patient outcomes. We also facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to create, control, and alter your treatment schedule. Furthermore, we are part of an Interdisciplinary approach by a therapy team focused on functional outcomes.

What you'll need:
• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply • Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program • Basic computer literacy skills • Current CPR certification
