Position Overview:
An established healthcare provider is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join its outpatient team. This role focuses on helping patients improve independence and functional performance through individualized therapy plans. The position offers a consistent weekday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans to support daily living and functional goals
Deliver therapeutic interventions across outpatient and related care settings
Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment, and safety practices
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Promote a safe, supportive, and patient-centered treatment environment

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in outpatient, rehabilitation, or acute care settings
• Exposure to multiple care environments such as inpatient or med/surg preferred
