This role is well-suited for an OT who enjoys working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment and is committed to improving patient outcomes and independence.
Evaluate and assess patients physical, cognitive, and functional abilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to support daily living and mobility
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on adaptive equipment and techniques
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility standards
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Kansas (or eligibility)
Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
NBCOT certification required
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Minimum 1+ year of clinical experience (hospital or acute care preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Setting: Hospital / Acute Care
Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8-hour shifts
Hours: 40 hours per week guaranteed
Contract Length: 13 weeks (with potential for extension)
Compensation: Up to $2,660 per week (based on experience and package structure)
