Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and identify barriers to daily function
- Implement therapy programs targeting mobility, coordination, and self-care
- Utilize adaptive techniques and assistive equipment
- Educate patients on recovery goals and expectations
- Work alongside PTs, SLPs, and nursing staff
