Ultimate Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a compassionate and driven therapist who enjoys helping residents improve independence, confidence, and participation in everyday activities.

What You'll Do:

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy focused on daily living skills, upper extremity function, cognition, coordination, and safety awareness
• Introduce adaptive strategies and equipment to support resident independence
• Collaborate with nursing, rehab staff, physicians, and families to coordinate care
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license required
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
