Occupational Therapist OT PRN

Overview

Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at our Erie senior communities are seeking its next employee-owner team member. Please note that this position will cover several of our communities in Erie:

1. Sara Reed
2. Manchester Commons
3. Pleasant Ridge Manor
4. Brevellier Village

Responsibilities

As a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT), you will:

• Establish appropriate goals
• Creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants
• Maintain productivity standards
• Complete required documentation
• Help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists
• Hold a valid state license
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
• At least one year of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience required
• Nethealth experience a plus
