Overview
Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at our Erie senior communities are seeking its next employee-owner team member. Please note that this position will cover several of our communities in Erie:
- Sara Reed
- Manchester Commons
- Pleasant Ridge Manor
- Brevellier Village
Responsibilities
As a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT), you will:
- Establish appropriate goals
- Creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants
- Maintain productivity standards
- Complete required documentation
- Help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve
Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists
- Hold a valid state license
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- At least one year of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience required
- Nethealth experience a plus
