We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a pediatric therapy team. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to assess functional abilities and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to improve motor skills, daily living activities, sensory integration, and overall function.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, high-quality patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and strategies to support continued progress.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation.
- Adapt treatment approaches as patients progress and clinical needs change.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or clinical doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
- Experience working with pediatric patients is required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptable and open to change in a dynamic clinical environment.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Excellent written documentation and communication abilities.
- Friendly, compassionate, and patient-focused demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Previous occupational therapy experience is preferred but not required.
