Occupational Therapist (OT) - Part-Time

We’re on a mission to ensure every child has the support they need to thrive. Therapy Source is actively seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide in-person services for charter school students. This position is for the remainder of the current school year, ESY, and the upcoming school year.

Occupational Therapist Position Details: 

• Services are direct (individual and small group) and indirect (consult with teachers and students without direct therapy)
• Flexibility with start/end times and days of service as long as caseload can be completed

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Virginia
• Up-to-date clearances or willingness to obtain
• Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational goals of students through tailored therapy plans.
• Conduct evaluations and create targeted goals for students needing occupational therapy services.
• Contribute to and support students’ Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
• Maintain clear and accurate records and documentation.
