Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children is Hawaiis only maternity newborn and pediatric specialty hospital. It is well recognized as Hawaiis leader in the care of women, infants, and children. The Occupational Therapy teams are committed professionals who participate in a number of health and rehabilitation programs designed to build our patients confidence while helping them reach full potential in mobility, communication, and daily living skills. Our integrated program involves many highly trained specialists with experience in work-related therapy and care programs.

As an Occupational Therapist at Kapi'olani, you will help to bring valuable rehabilitative services and relief to patients suffering from occupational injuries. In this role, you will provide direct occupational therapy services and consultation across the full continuum of care for inpatients and outpatients at medical center locations and contract sites.

We are looking for someone sensitive and experienced with excellent communication and patient care skills, and a commitment to delivering the highest quality healthcare to Hawai'is people.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current Hawai'i Occupational Therapy license • Current American Heart Association Heart Saver - AED CPR card • National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) Occupational Therapy certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year general occupational therapy experience preferred • Previous experience with Pediatric or Adult populations
