Occupational Therapist - Home Health

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license/certification in Colorado
• Current BLS (AHA) certification
• 1+ year of recent Occupational Therapist experience
• Previous home health experience

Contract Details:

• Pay: $1,826 - $1,994 per week*
• Duration: 13-week contract, with potential to extend
• Schedule: Hourly pay (not per visit)
• Territory: Dedicated home health service area
