A new acute care hospital opening in the Gainesville area is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join its founding rehabilitation team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a brand-new clinical environment, help shape workflows, and collaborate with a strong interdisciplinary team from day one. What Youll Do
Evaluate and treat patients in an acute care setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab team members
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Educate patients and families to support recovery and independence
What You Need
Active Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility)
Bachelors degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
BLS certification within 30 days of hire
New grads welcome; experience preferred
