Exciting Opportunity for Occupational Therapist (OT/OTA) - Consultant or Part-Time Position Available!

We are looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT/OTA) to become part of our dedicated team at Berkshire Meadows! Our program offers services within a residential, special education, and day habilitation setting to children and adults with severe developmental disabilities, including substantial cognitive, physical, and medical disabilities.

Responsibilities:

Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, the OT/OTA plays a vital role in supporting residents with a wide range of disabilities. This includes introducing sensory activities and assisting staff in developing activities of daily living (ADL) and academic skills.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $32.00 to $42.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
  • The ideal applicant should possess a positive attitude, be energetic, adaptable, and a collaborative team player who can enhance the wonderful culture at Berkshire Meadows.
  • Candidates must hold a valid MA license as a Registered Occupational Therapist.
  • Occupational Therapy – MA Licensed OTR/L or COTA.
  • Maintains valid driver’s license.
  • Background and driving record checks will be performed.
