About the Role


Limitless Pediatric Solutions is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our pediatric therapy team. The COTA will provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist in clinic, school, home, and community settings while collaborating with families and an interdisciplinary team to help children achieve their goals.


Responsibilities


  • Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
  • Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in clinic, school, home, and community settings.
  • Document treatment sessions and maintain timely, accurate records.
  • Collaborate with therapists, teachers, physicians, and families.
  • Maintain productivity expectations and quality of care.
Qualifications


  • Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Current South Carolina COTA license in good standing.
  • NBCOT certification.
  • Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
