Job Summary
Selectively hiring for Home Health PRNCertified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA). We are an elite home health therapy team. We are not looking for just employees, we are looking for autonomous individuals to contract with to provide compassionate therapy services. You are your own boss. Responsibilities 
  • Focus on upper extremity exercises, Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), Transfers and mobility 
  • Patient and caregiver education 
  • Deliver thorough and appropriate education to patients and families 
  • Complete documentation and review care plans using company software 
Qualifications·  
  • Current license with the Florida Board of Occupational Therapy 
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation 
  • Ability to pass AHCA Clearinghouse background screening (https://info.flclearinghouse.com)
  • Current in-person CPR certification
  • Physical ability to perform job duties including standing, bending, lifting, and assisting patients/equipment
  • Strong customer service, communication skills, and effective listening

Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) experience

  • Pay is commensurate with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) experience, Home Health background, and documentation proficiency
