Key Responsibilities:
" Conduct evaluations to assess students' fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
" Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
" Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services
" Support students with daily living skills, sensory integration, and motor development
" Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
" Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
" Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:
" Active VA Occupational Therapist License
" Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
" NBCOT Certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy)
" Experience in school-based settings (preferred)
" Strong communication and collaboration skills
