• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5:30 pm with no evenings or weekends
• Minimal after-hours calls with nurse triage system first
• 18 - 22 patients per day in clinic setting
• Complete care team with MA and front desk support
• Mentorship and ramp-up support provided for new physicians
• Full-time physicians may be considered for shareholder after one year of employment
