Position Summary
• Responsible for providing administrative support, serving as the main resource for organization of client services for occupational health program. Oversees client protocols and assists employers with on-site occupational health services.

Education
• Associates degree required, or
• High School diploma or equivalent with 3 years of experience working in a medical or healthcare environment


Licenses and Certification
• DOT/BAT Trainer and Collector Certified

Experience and Skills
• Technical Experience: 3-5 years healthcare experience

Role Specific Responsibilities
• Serves as the main resource for on-site client services.
• Assists manager in achieving strategic performance goals and financial performance.
• Coordinates on-site scheduling for occupational health clients; Establish and set schedules according to client needs of all Occupation Med Tech staff.
• Devise forms for department and update existing forms in use.
• Assists department manager with networking events by updating client data base preparing marketing packets, written correspondence and surveys
• Monitor on a weekly basis list of targeted businesses.
• Update clients regarding occupational health service lines
• Collaborate with department manager to expand client base and improve services.
• Oversees client protocols and assists employers/client as needed.
• Manages random consortium for employers and generates notification letters per DOT standards.
• Prepares and organizes employer health fair agendas and materials.
• Assists with quotes and proposals for services as directed by manager
• Maintains database of targeted businesses to market services.
• Collaborates with other departments as needed.
• Coordinate requests to assist an improvement and expansion of program.
• Track patient/client satisfaction through client service calls, surveys and resolve serve matters.
• Completes department audits weekly and is responsible for assisting with meeting all compliance and regulatory standards.

Compensation (Commensurate with experience):

$20.59 - $31.91
