Title: Occupational Health Nurse
Location: Clayton, Ohio
Shift: First shift
Details: 12-month contract with ongoing need, opportunity for direct hire, fully onsite role
Pay Rate: $50/hr. with benefit inclusions

Job Summary
The Occupational Health Nurse supports an onsite Occupational Health Clinic by providing clinical services to employees, assisting with post-offer processes, drug testing, injury triage, and return-to-work activities. This role serves as an additional clinical resource to the medical team, including telephonic support for other locations when onsite coverage is unavailable. The nurse works both independently and collaboratively to support employee health, safety, and wellness in an occupational setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical support to employees in an Occupational Health Clinic environment
  • Perform injury triage, assessment, and coordination of care
  • Support post-offer medical processes and drug testing programs
  • Manage return-to-work processes and non-occupational illness cases
  • Serve as backup clinical coverage for other locations, including telephonic support when needed
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team while working autonomously as required
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with occupational health protocols

Years of Experience and Education
  • Associate’s degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Active Ohio RN license required
  • 3–5 years of emergency, occupational, or clinic nursing experience required
