Are you a dedicated OB/GYN Physician passionate about high-risk pregnancies and providing exceptional maternal care? We are seeking a skilled Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician to join our reputable healthcare team, delivering expert services in a fast-paced, supportive environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to impact womens health positively while working with a committed, multidisciplinary team in a Level II nursery setting.
Required Skills:
- Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (Ob/Gyn)
- Current MN Medical License; IMLC certification if no Minnesota license
- Proven experience in dealing with high-risk pregnancies and emergencies
- Trauma Level I or II experience highly preferred
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (Epic/Excellian), Obix, and fetal monitoring technology
- BLS certified
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including 24-hour hospital in-house call or 12-hour shifts
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience as an OB Hospitalist or in a hospital-based OB/GYN role
- Strong teamwork and communication skills in a multidisciplinary setting
- Prior experience working with maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) specialists
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2+ years of OB/GYN practice, preferably with high-risk pregnancy experience
- Previous trauma or emergency room experience is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Must be able to start ASAP with clean files for emergency temp licensing
- Willingness to cover a 24/7 schedule, including night shifts; flexibility for 12-hour shifts available
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care in a hospital setting
- Willingness to travel or receive reimbursements for licensure, certification, and related expenses as applicable
