- Facility: PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center in Bellingham, WA
- Open Dates: Target late August/early September start for at least 3-6 months.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
- Need 3 shifts per week between Monday and Friday.
- There will be 2 clinic shifts and 1 call shift per week. The call shift is 24 hours.
- Minimum Requirements:
- Active Washington License
- COVID vaccine required
