Obstetrics and Gynecology (Hospitalist) - Immediate Opportunity
Join our dedicated team as an Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospitalist and play a vital role in delivering high-quality care in a dynamic hospital environment. As a hospitalist, you will be on-site during 24-hour shifts, providing expert medical services in a supportive setting.
Required Skills:
- Valid Kentucky medical license
- Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology, preferably in a hospitalist role
- Ability to work 24-hour shifts effectively
- Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
- Clean background with no medical or legal issues
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience in emergency obstetrics procedures
- Familiarity with hospital-based obstetric and gynecological care protocols
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN
- Minimum of 2 years of hospital-based OB/GYN practice
Other Requirements:
- Must be able to drive to the hospital location (no airfare consideration)
- No phone calls or emails—communication is maintained solely via LocumSmart
- Willingness to work 24-hour shifts on a rotating basis
- Availability to start immediately with an anticipated start date of 12/31/2025
