Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with active medical license in relevant state
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Proven experience in obstetric and gynecological care
- Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills
- Advanced training or subspecialty certifications in OB-GYN
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology
- Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient setting preferred
Other Requirements:
- Availability for once-monthly coverage, including 3 days of 24-hour call starting at 7 AM Friday through Monday 7 AM
- Willingness to accommodate potential increase in coverage needs
- Ability to adhere to all licensure, certification, and healthcare regulations
- Participation in the split-call schedule with at least 4 hours included as Gratis if not offering an all-in rate
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering high-quality care
