Required Skills:

• Valid Washington State medical license or valid IMLC certification
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Proven experience in prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum care
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to independently manage patient cases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to document and verify patient contact hours accurately

• Experience in handling complex obstetric cases
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual proficiency to serve diverse patient populations

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years of clinical practice in obstetrics and gynecology
• Prior experience working in hospital or clinic settings

• Must maintain a clean history and malpractice insurance coverage
• Availability for full-time coverage starting February 2, 2026, with a minimum commitment of 3 months
• Participation in scheduled call duties (1:3 ratio), including overnight support
• Documentation of patient contact hours and call back hours, with supporting notes for verification
• No on-site requirement during call support, allowing flexibility in location during call hours
• Willingness to work scheduled clinic hours (Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am-12:00 pm) and on-call rotations
