Required Skills:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with active licensure in the relevant state
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Proven experience managing both routine and high-risk obstetric and gynecological cases
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent patient communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented settings
- Knowledge of trauma patient transfer protocols and hospital procedures
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience with trauma or high-risk patient management
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Bilingual abilities to enhance patient care and outreach
- Additional certifications in advanced obstetric or gynecological procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in OB-GYN practice
- Prior experience working in hospital or trauma center settings is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Availability during the specified coverage dates: August 3-5, 2026; August 13-16, 2026; November 24-30, 2026; December 23, 2026 – January 4, 2027
- Willingness to transfer high-risk/trauma patients to designated trauma hospitals when necessary
- Current medical licenses, certifications, and compliance with all healthcare regulations
- Willingness to travel and accept reimbursed travel, licensure, and certification expenses
