- Shift: 24-hour shifts (prefer weekdays), 2–3 shifts/month, 16 hours off between shifts

- Experience: Comfortable with VBACs, c-sections, working with Midwives (preferred Epic experience)

What You’ll Do:- Provide OB/GYN coverage including deliveries, labor, and postpartum care
- Manage approximately 120 deliveries per month, about 65% of all deliveries at the facility
- Conduct VBACs and perform C-sections as needed
- Collaborate with midwives and other healthcare professionals
- Utilize Epic EHR (strongly preferred) for documentation and patient management
- Provide a high standard of patient care within a busy labor and delivery unit
- Stay at a hotel until called in for shifts, with orientation rate no more than 60% of hourly rate
What You Need:- Valid OB ABMS or AOA certification
- Comfortable working with Midwives
- Experience with VBACs and cesarean sections
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced environment
