Within women’s health, their OB/GYN team delivers care across all phases of life, combining clinical excellence with meaningful patient education and support.
We are seeking an OBGYN Physician to join our team who is seeking a stable, mission-driven environment with competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and long-term growth potential.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $300,000–$375,000 (based on experience)
- Productivity Bonus Opportunity
- Health Insurance: Employer pays 100% of the premium

Position Overview
This is an outpatient-focused opportunity with additional hospital responsibilities through scheduled Labor & Delivery call coverage.
- Outpatient volume of 18+ patients per day
- Approximately 5 local in-hospital Labor & Delivery call days per month
- Clinical scope includes, Routine and high-risk pregnancy management, Office gynecology, including LEEP and colposcopy, Family planning services and Well-woman examinations
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Obstetrics/Gynecology Residency Program
- Current Arizona Medical License (or ability to obtain)
- Active DEA Certificate
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Ability to obtain hospital privileges
