The Staff Pad has partnered with a well-established, physician-led women’s health group to recruit both OB/GYN Physicians and OB Hospitalists. This is a high-growth, highly respected practice with multiple locations and a collaborative, all-female provider team.

OB Hospitalist Option
- 24-hour shifts
- 6–7 shifts/month (full-time)
- Coverage across two hospitals
- $120/hour + full benefits
- Signing bonus + relocation
OB/GYN Physician Option
- $300K guaranteed (first 2 years)
- 20% bonus on collections over $900K
- $500K+ partner potential
Schedule:
- Clinic: Mon–Thurs 8–5 | Fri 8–3
- Call: 4–6 days/month (light, single hospital)
Practice:
- 20–25 patients/day
- ~250 deliveries/month across group
- Strong midwife support (co-managed care)
- Optional extra shifts for additional income
Partnership
- Eligible after 3 years
- $100K buy-in (flexible)
- Revenue sharing + leadership input
Requirements
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN
- Open to new grads and experienced physicians
- Eligible for Arizona license
