INTEGRIS Health Medical Group is seeking a board certified or board eligible OB/GYN to join an established hospital-based practice located at INTEGRIS Health Canadian Valley Hospital in Yukon, OklahomaThe OB/GYN would join an established practice with three other OB/GYN's in the clinic. The outpatient clinic is located in the medical office buildings on the INTEGRIS Health Canadian Valley hospital campus, providing easy and quick access to hospital deliveries.INTEGRIS Health Canadian Valley is part of INTEGRIS Health, a not-for-profit, Oklahoma-owned health care system and one of the state's largest employers with more than 10,000 employees. INTEGRIS Health offers an extensive referral network through INTEGRIS Health Partners, the first clinically integrated network in Oklahoma. The hospital has a 19-bed women's unit, 8-bed intensive care unit, 4 general surgery rooms, 2 endoscopy suites and a 15-bed outpatient procedure unit. The 18-bed emergency department is a level III facility, the highest in western Oklahoma. The Physician provides direct patient care.Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires. INTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.Oklahoma MD or DO licenseThe Physician responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Thoroughly evaluates and manages each patient appropriately and documents information completely by use of written notes or dictation on a timely basisIdentifies relevant medical issues accurately and uses appropriate procedures and testingCompletes and maintains problem list, medication list, disease management forms, preventative maintenance flow sheets and other medical record formsParticipates in the quality improvement and medical management plans as directed by the Medical Operating CommitteeProvides direction to staff members for an efficient and smooth running teamEnsures fiscal viability of the practiceComplies with policies and procedures if applicable.The Physician is responsible for patients.This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements.
