Summary:
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced OB/GYN Nurse Manager to join a reputable healthcare facility in North Carolina. This full-time, direct hire position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated nursing professional to lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) within an OB/GYN setting.
Duties:
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate RNs and CMAs to ensure they meet clinical and operational standards.
Ensure quality patient care and adherence to clinical policies and procedures.
Support staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and performance management processes.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and leadership to improve workflows and patient outcomes.
Address staff issues and promote a positive, professional work environment.
Lead daily operations and contribute to team development initiatives.
Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience as an RN.
Experience managing or leading clinical staff is preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential.
