OBBB Tax Accountant

Summary:

• Duration: 2 Months Contract
• Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite, Monday required)
• Location: Taunton, MA

Responsibilities:

• Manage the tracking and reporting of overtime under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) for the Police and Fire departments.
• Collaborate with the Payroll and IT departments to determine the best method for tracking overtime by employee on a weekly basis.
• Adapt to potential increases in required onsite days, especially during the project initiation phase.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related financial field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting/payroll.
• Knowledge of the One Big Beautiful Bill (OBBB).
