Position Summary
A physician-led women’s health group in Goodyear, Arizona is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join its growing clinical team. This full-time opportunity offers a balanced mix of outpatient clinic responsibilities and inpatient hospital coverage—including deliveries and gynecologic surgeries—in a modern, collaborative environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $300,000 – $350,000 annually (based on experience)
- Incentive Plan: Productivity-based bonus structure

Practice Highlights
- Full-spectrum OB/GYN role with both outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital responsibilities
- Balanced mix of OB and GYN patients for both physicians and CNMs
- On-call schedule typically ranges from 3–6 shifts per month, depending on branch location

Key Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive obstetric care: prenatal visits, vaginal and cesarean deliveries, and postpartum follow-up
- Perform gynecologic procedures, including laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgeries
- Provide outpatient women’s health services: preventive screenings, contraceptive management, and general gynecology
- Participate in shared call rotation among team members
- Maintain accurate, timely EMR documentation
- Collaborate with midwives, nurses, and colleagues to optimize patient outcomes
Candidate Qualifications
Required:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Eligible for medical licensure in Arizona
- Skilled in both ambulatory and hospital-based OB/GYN care
