Cullman Regional Medical Center, a well-established hospital-employed OB/GYN group in North Alabama, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN physician to join a collaborative team due to an upcoming retirement. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an established patient base with strong hospital support, limited inpatient responsibilities, and a highly desirable quality of life schedule.
Position Highlights
- Hospital-employed OB/GYN position
- Established 4-physician practice with one upcoming retirement
- Strong Hospitalist program significantly limiting inpatient responsibilities
- Typical schedule includes 3 clinic days, 1 OR day, and no scheduled office hours on Fridays
- Approximately 1,000 deliveries annually
- Access to a newly opened NICU and strong specialty support
- Women’s Diagnostic Center with 3D Mammography
- Cerner EMR

Compensation & Benefits
- $500K base salary
- $75K-$100K sign-on bonus
- $15K relocation assistance

Position Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- Eligible for Alabama medical licensure
- Must live within 20 miles of the facility
