We are seeking a Casual Part-Time Specialized Advisor to support store operations and drive sales in a high-end optical retail environment.
- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- Assist with merchandise processing, restocking, inventory, and store cleanliness.
- Lead store opening and closing procedures when needed.
- Support team motivation and help achieve sales targets.
- Perform general tasks assigned by management, including merchandising and maintaining the store floor.
Requirements include at least one year of retail experience, strong sales skills, excellent communication, bilingual ability, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential. Compensation includes an hourly rate, potential bonuses, benefits, and discounts.
